Beyonce-Bot
Beyonce Knowles, who previously opened a performance with a robot-suit prop, has recently been raising eyebrows with a piece of titanium jewelry being nicknamed the "roboglove" by many.

It's a piece she had custom-built based on an idea she had, and has reportedly become her favorite piece of jewelry, wearing it whenever she has a chance.

On a similar tack, I've noticed Kanye West has been collaborating a lot of late with artist Vanessa Beecroft, who has not been a specific asfr-proponent, but many of her shows involve aspects like posed women identically dressed, sometimes made to appear cloned or even faceless. What few images I've seen of their joint work seems to be carrying on that aesthetic.

Hmmm, very interesting.

And I've read that Beyonce has had Thierry Mugler designing much of her outfits for her whole "Sasha Fierce" project.

And continuing the fashion tack, a recent Spring 2009 show at Maison Martin Margiela featured models rendered faceless, either by heavy stocking masks or large wigs.

Not sure how I missed this comment, but that video is pretty crazy. Aesthetically most of the masks didn't looks so baggy, but pretty wild looking regardless.
